Exhibitor Information
Your exhibitor fee includes one space, attendance for two people at speaker sessions, all meals and casino night. Registration received after 10/20/2026, may not be included in the original program listing. Exhibitor’s spaces are assigned according to your requests on a first-come first-serve basis. A $25 service fee will be added to exhibitor fees paid by credit card. Each vendor is responsible for the delivery of conference material and packages to the resort.
Please make your own hotel accommodation arrangements with the (866) 961-3785. Mention attendance at the SCFIA 48th Annual Conference, as it qualifies you for the discounted room rate. Make reservations early to ensure a room.

One skirted six-foot table, two chairs and electrical, (please bring a 20-foot extension cord, with ground (three prong plug) and a surge protector. If additional tables and chairs are needed, the request must be made through the Exhibitor Chairperson. An additional cost may be applied for any additional items.

Exhibit Expo hours: Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served). Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (continental breakfast, lunch & dinner will be served). Thursday, November 5th, 2026, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (continental breakfast will be served).

The California Attorney General’s Office, Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse (DMFEA) operate as the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU). Center for Contract Compliance
The Center for Contract Compliance (CCC) is a joint labor-management organization with statutory authority under California law to investigate and pursue public works compliance.
