Exhibitor Information

Your exhibitor fee includes one space, attendance for two people at speaker sessions, all meals and casino night. Registration received after 10/20/2026, may not be included in the original program listing. Exhibitor’s spaces are assigned according to your requests on a first-come first-serve basis. A $25 service fee will be added to exhibitor fees paid by credit card. Each vendor is responsible for the delivery of conference material and packages to the resort.

Please make your own hotel accommodation arrangements with the (866) 961-3785. Mention attendance at the SCFIA 48th Annual Conference, as it qualifies you for the discounted room rate. Make reservations early to ensure a room.

Exhibit Fee Includes:

  1. One skirted six-foot table, two chairs and electrical, (please bring a 20-foot extension cord, with ground (three prong plug) and a surge protector. If additional tables and chairs are needed, the request must be made through the Exhibitor Chairperson. An additional cost may be applied for any additional items.

  2. Wi-Fi connection will be provided.

  3. Set-up is scheduled for Monday, November 2nd, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  4. Company name will be displayed on each exhibitor table.

  5. Exhibit Expo hours: Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served). Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (continental breakfast, lunch & dinner will be served). Thursday, November 5th, 2026, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (continental breakfast will be served).

  6. EXHIBITOR RAFFLE PRIZE DRAWING will be in the Exhibit Hall or General Session area during Wednesday’s lunch. (Please bring a prize for the give-a-way)

  7. Break down will take place on Thursday, November 5th, 2026, between 10:00 AM – NOON.

  8. Please provide your company’s bio and PDF or PNG logo along with this form.

  9. Please submit your swag bag items by October 20th, 2026.

Additional meals may be purchased (This includes lunch or Casino Night dinner)

Registrations received after October 20th, 2026, may not be included in the program listing. Once payment has been received and space is reserved in your name, we are unable to refund exhibitor fees NO EXCEPTIONS.

SCFIA will be unable to provide security; therefore, Exhibitors will be responsible for securing their own property.

NO ATTENDEES LIST WILL BE DISTRIBUTED PRIOR TO CONFERENCE DATE.
