Charity Benefitting from SCFIA 2017 Silent Auction  –  TBA

SCFIA Silent Auction for charity:

SCFIA 2016 Fraud Conference will once again have its Silent Auction during the conference to benefit a Southern California local charity.  This year’s recipients will be Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) a non-profit charity that benefits and honors surviving families of fallen police officers.

Through the National Board, local Chapters, and national network of survivors, C.O.P.S. is able to contact a newly-bereaved surviving family – sometimes within just days of the death.  It helps the new survivors to see people who have survived the devastation, thus providing a sense of hope.  Other resources available are Peer Support, Survivor Benefits, Counseling Programs and Scholarships

We are asking our SCFIA membership to support by donating money or any items for our Silent Auction gift baskets to be bidden on during the SCFIA conference.  C.O.P.S. is a 501c 3 non-profit organization and your contribution is tax deductible.

If you are interested in making a monetary or gift basket donation, please contact Cecilia Laija, Silent Auction Coordinator at 626 552-6250 or any SCFIA Board member.
